Condolence: I just learned of Alan's passing today. I worked with Alan when I was with Collier Cobb & Assoc when we created the Alabama Hospital Association Trust in the 1970's. We have lived in NC since 1979. My heart felt condolences go out to the family and I will always cherish the times I had with Alan.
