Ozell W. Ruttan 93, of Livingston, passed away July 17, 2016, at her home in Livingston. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. August 6, 2016 from Harmony Methodist Church in Titus, Al.

She was born October 17, 1922, in St. Petersburg, Fl., to the late Wesley and Arlean Jones Withers.

She is survived by her daughters, Marion (Glenn) Harris of Cullman, Al. and Sarah (Anthony) Eubanks of Montgomery, AL.; son, Gordon J. "Butch" (Mikki) Ruttan of Livingston; brother, Bobby (Barbara) Withers of Florida; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
