Vivian Curb 86, of Chelsea, formerly of Marion, passed away April 11, 2017, at Shelby Baptist Hospital. Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday April 13, 2017, from Marion United Methodist Chapel with Rev. Misty Barrett. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

She was born February 24, 1931, in Jackson County, Al., to Louis E. and Ethel Hall Letson Sr.

Vivian was preceded by her parents; husband, Laurence Curb; daughters, Barbara Duboise and Susan Hightower; sisters, Yvonne Frank and Viola Bellomy; grandchildren, Kevin McCrory and Blake McCrory.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hubbard and Connie Johnson; brother, Louis Letson Jr.; grandchildren, Jason McCrory, Hunter Hubbard, Blair Hightower, Drew Hightower and Whitney Johnson; great grandchildren, Taylor McCrory, Harrison McCrory, Lilly Hightower, Landon Hightower and Colin Hubbard.

Pallbearers will be Drew Hightower, Blair Hightower, Mike Hightower, Hunter Hubbard, Jason McCrory and Taylor McCrory.
