Woodford Glen Bridges 84, of Gallion, passed away December7, 2017, at Bryan W, Whitfield Memorial Hospital. Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday December 11, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Demopolis with Rev. Carl Williams officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens .Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

He was born in Vineland, to Grady Benard and Dora Weatherly Bridges.

He was preceded by his parents; sister, Letsey Brunson; brother, William Kenneth Bridges.

Mr. Bridges is survived by his wife, Ida Lee Duke Bridges; daughters, Linda Massey (Luther) of Gallion and Pamela H. Boutwell (Wendell) of Morton, Ms. ; sister, Betty McClain; brother, Grady Bridges; grandchildren, Lil M. Emory (Jeff), William Marc Holmes (Hannah), William Mathew Holmes and Luke Massey; great grandchildren, Avery Macon Emory, William Colton Holmes, Elizabeth Grace "Libby" Emory, William Rhyder Holmes and Camden Lee Holmes.
