Arnold Wilford Hughey Sr. 93, of Marion, passed away January 14, 2018, at Bibb Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:30 Friday January 19, 2018, at Siloam Baptist Church with Rev. John Nicholson officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m Thursday January 18, 2018, at the funeral home.

Arnold was born May 5, 1924, in Sprott, to Andrew Jackson and Buena Osborn Hughey.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Breland Hughey; daughter, Rebecca Holtzclaw of Daphne; sons, Arnold Wilford Hughey of Venice, Fl., Joseph Morland Hughey of Theodore, Al. and Steven Andrew Hughey of Atlanta, Ga.; daughters, Sue Crocker Hughey and Karen K. Hughey; brother, Edward Murray Hughey; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
