Norris Scott Taylor 81, of Forkland, passed away March 9, 2018, at his residence. A memorial service will be held Tuesday March 13, 2018, at 11 a.m from Forkland Cemetery with James E. Tate officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

Norris was born July 9, 1936, in Missouri, to Benard and Carrie Moore Taylor.

He was preceded by his parents; wife, Sarah Taylor; grandchild; Andy Hoggle.

Survivors are his sons, Robert Lynn Taylor (Vickie) of Demopolis and Stephen Scott Taylor of Forkland; sisters, Maudie Byrd and Johann Brown both of Tennessee; brothers, Curtis Ray Taylor (Betty Kay) of Forkland and Jerry Taylor (Linda) of Foley; grandchildren, Tiffany Taylor Echols (Carter), Stephen Scott Taylor Jr. and Chris Hoggle; great grandchildren, Blayton Taylor, Aleah Echols, Oscar Echols, Andy Hoggle, Haley Hoggle and Sydney Hoggle.

Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Comfort Care Hospice.
