Marion Judith Anderson Davis 75, of Marion passed away peacefully March 27, 2018, at her home. Services will be held Friday March 30, 2018, at 11 a.m. from Marion United Methodist Church with Rev. John Nicholson officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

She was born December 4, 1942, in Selma, to John Walter and Earle Oakes Anderson Sr..

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thaddeus J. Davis III.

Survivors are her daughter, Deborah Ivey Bamberg (Dale); son, David Patrick Ivey (Michelle); sisters, Teresa Anderson White (Don) and Kay Anderson Marcus (Robert); brothers, John Walter Anderson Jr. (Theresa) and Claude Dudley Anderson (Caroline); grandchildren, Erin Whitehurst Steven), Katheryn Hodge (Roy), Patrick Ivey, Ashley Clark (Larry Dale), Kristin Bamberg, Jeremy Bamberg and Brandi Hubbard (Hunter); great grandchildren, Wyatt Hodge, Berkley Clark, Mary Bradley Clark and Colin Hubbard.

Pallbearers will be Marc Ivey, John Walter Anderson III, Roy Hodge, Steven Whitehurst, William Woodfin, and Larry Dale Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Shane Lee, Irby Pope, Kirtley Brown, Greg Talton and Jack Talton.
