Phyllis Dillard Chambless 62, of Meridian, Ms., passed away March 29, 2018, at home. A graveside service was held Monday April 2, 2018, at 10 a.m. from Mesopotamia cemetery with Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

She was born October 15, 1955, in Tuscaloosa, to the late James Holland and Ada Mayo Dillard.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Amanda Chambless Meadows (Brodie) of Demopolis and Jessica Chambless (Gary) of Birmingham; sisters, Holly Dillard Wilson (Jerry) of Gordo, Pam Dillard Vickers (Mike) of Ashland, and Donna Dillard Latham (George) of Eutaw; grandchildren, Ellie Kaye Meadows, Bryce Meadows, and Miles Anderson.
