Ernest Harold Dunn Jr. 86, of Demopolis, passed away June 14, 2018, at Woodhaven Nursing Home. Services will be held Monday June 18, at 1p.m. from First Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Williams officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Burial will follow in Linden Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Harold was born December 12, 1931, in Linden, to Ernest Harold and Helen Alvis Dunn Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Helen Katherine Dunn; brothers, Robert Alvis Dunn and William Henry Dunn.

Surviving Harold are his wife, Myrtle Couch Dunn; sons, Robert Harold Dunn (Lisa) of Newnan, Ga. and William Richard Dunn (Andrea) of Demopolis; grandchildren, Nicole Lynn (Gene) , Billy Broach, Tyler Broach (Margaret), Audra Broach, Kevin Dunn (Kirby), Leanne Dunn, Connor Dunn, Wesley Dunn, and Ashley Dunn; great grandchild, Henley Dunn.

Pallbearers will be Jim Dunn, John Crawford, Kenny Freeman, Pat Lins, Mike Jones, and Steve Richardson.

Honorary pallbearers will be The Hugh Lloyd Sunday School Class, Buster Ward, James Walker, and Billy Tucker.

The Family Acknowledges with deep appreciation the employees of Woodhaven Nursing Home, Southern Care Hospice, and Davita Dialysis.
