Donna Jo Kynard Murphy 61, of Greensboro, passed away September 11, 2018, at Druid City Hospital. Services will be held Friday September 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. from Lake Payne Church of God with Linda Baughtman and Travis Connell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

She was born September 5, 1957, in Tuscaloosa, to Dolon W. and Patricia C. Whitfield Kynard.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Surviving Donna is her daughters, Joni Simmons of Marion and Tabitha Jackson of Greensboro; sisters, Debbie Carrier (Ed) of Hoover and Dawn Parr of Greensboro; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Tucker, D.P. Parr, Dolon Parr, Ed Carrier, Lee Carrier, Lane Carrier, and Lorinzol Kynard.
