Viola Averette Aultman Spence 86, of Greensboro, passed away September 13, 2018, at Colonial Haven Health Care and Rehabilitation. Services will be held Sunday September 16, 2018, at 2 p.m. from Faith Chapel Church with Rev. Roger Harper and Charles Spence. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Viola was born July 31, 1933, in Perry County, to Howard and Mandy Duncan Averette.

Viola was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Walter Ellis Aultman and Guy Spence; children, Linda Aultman Parsons (Bennie) and Bill Aultman; grandchildren, Denise Parsons and Deanna Parsons (Jason); 3 great grandchildren; 2 sister; 5 brothers.

Surviving Viola is her children, Cathy Aultman Harper (Kevin) and Sandra Aultman; grandchildren, Kandi Aultman Plummer (Mark), Shane Aultman (Melissa), Roger Harper (Brittney), and Valerie Harper Clements (Tyler); 8 grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Shane Aultman, Roger Harper, Trent Drake, Christian Aultman, Mark Plummer, Tyler Clements, Cody Hendon, Drake Plummer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Amedysis Hospice, Colonial Haven Health Care and Rehabilitation, Moundville Health Care and Rehabilitation, and Friends and Family of Faith Chapel Church.
