Gerald Wayne Smith 58, of Pleasant Grove, passed away Thursday February 7, 2019, at Princeton Hospital in Birmingham. A graveside service will be held Monday February 11, 2019, at 2 p.m. from Waycross Bible Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gene Cook officiating and Kirk Funeral Home Marion Chapel directing.
He was born July 21, 1959, in Marion, to Jame Earl and Ora Dean Arnold Smith.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Surviving Gerald is his mother, Ora Dean Smith of Pleasant Grove; sister, Brenda Jean Douglas (Joe); brothers, Johnny Smith and Jimmy Smith; special friend, Denise Vann.
