Wayne Edward Phillips 63, of Marion, passed away February 9, 2019, at Druid city Hospital in Tuscaloosa. Services will be held Friday February 15, 2019, at 3 p.m. from Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel with Rev. John Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

He was born August 25, 1955, in Demopolis, to the late W.E. and Opal Gray Phillips.

Surviving Wayne is his wife, Sandra Ferri Phillips; daughters, Tiffany Phillips and Ashley Phillips; sons, Wilson Edward Phillips; brothers, Rickey Phillips (Deda); grandchild, Layla Mosley.

Pallbearers will be Houston Crump, Evan Black, Kurt Jones, David Crump, Horace Overton, Tony Long, and Cody Green.
