Obituary for Donald Wayne Buchanan
Donald Wayne Buchanan 83, of Demopolis, passed away Friday August 23, 2019, at Woodhaven Nursing Home. Services will be held Sunday August 25, 2019, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Scott Fulford from Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel. Burial will be in Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
He was born December 24, 1935, in Gadsden, to Melville and Essie Bell Nelson Buchanan.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving Donald is his wife, Patricia Buchanan; sons, Heath Buchanan (Melissa) of Prattville and Michael Buchanan (Kristina Krusmark); sisters, Glenda Brown ( Wayne) of Decatur, June Ingram (Rudy) of Cropwell, Kathy Buchanan of Tuscaloosa, and Judy Buchanan; brothers, Melville Buchanan of Ashland and Bill Buchanan (Karen) of Moss Point, Ms.; grandchildren, Peyton Guri (Mark)and River Buchanan.
Pallbearers will be Heath Buchanan, Michael Buchanan, Peyton Guri, and Scott Kratzer.
