Obituary for James Edward Durham
James Edward Durham 84 of Gallion, passed away September 3, 2019, at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday September 6, 2019, from Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis with Rev. Earl Pickle officiating. Chapel. Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
James was born June 1, 1935, in El Paso, Texas, to Edgar and Ethel Bradshaw Durham.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Corkey Durham.
Surviving James is his wife, Wava Lorraine Burgess Durham; sons, Keith Durham and Scott Durham:sister, Sandra Johnson; brother, Doyle King; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kerry Luker, Jeb Bailey, and Todd Dunavent.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Casper, Tommy Gulahorn, Roy Geiger, and Don Robbins,
