Edna Merle Frazier Stockman Harvell, 89, died on December 16, 2019, at Whitfield Hospital. She was born August 20, 1930, in Marion, Alabama, to the late Charlie and Willie Merle Frazier. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands Rodell Stockman and Perry Harvell; infant son Charles Edward Stockman; daughter Mary Catherine Harvell Gill; son Perry Daniel Harvell; and grandchild Justin Perry Harvell; She is survived by her daughter, Janie Merle Stockman of Uniontown and many close and dear lifelong friends and relatives.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Rosemont Cemetery with Reverends James Clarke and George McKee officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

Active pallbearers for the service will be Mark Bedwell, Michael Crocker, Tom Vann, David "Blind Bunny" Lee Turner, Anderson "Bay Bay" Turner, and Edward "Mickey" Butler.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Bobby C. Merkle, Roy Calhoun, Sammy Plummer, Eddie "Rabbit" Washington, Gordan Vann, Dr. Ronnie Chu, Glen Johnson, Buster & Judy Ward, Brandon Taylor, Adm. and the staff of Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorials please be made in Mrs. Harvell's memory to the charity of one's choice.
