Obituary for Margaret Marie Wallace Nichols
On January 8, 2020, Margaret Marie Wallace Nichols went to her eternal home at the age of 90.
She was born on April 6, 1929 in Georgia to William "Bill" Wallace and Anna Bell Smith Wallace.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son Bobby Lee Nichols; brothers Bill Wallace and Jake Wallace; sisters Jewel Nichols, Dorothy Barkmann, and Penny Warren.
She is survived by her husband, Robert V. Nichols, Sr.; sons James Clifton Nichols (Ruth) and Robert V. Nichols, Jr. (Beth); her sisters Martha Wallace and Pat Stewart; her brother Joe Wallace; and her daughter-in-law Jane Nichols. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Siloam Baptist Church in Marion, AL. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm. at Siloam with Rev. John Nicholson officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes directing. Afterward, graveside service will be conducted at Pine Crest Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are Preston Nichols, Robert V. Nichols, III, and Mike Warren.
