Obituary for James Michael Golden
James Michael Golden, 62 died at his home on March 3, 2020. He was born in Marion, AL on September 30, 2020 to James Mack Golden and Betty Jean Morris Golden.
He was predeceased in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; his wife wife, Mary Ann Holland Golden; daughter Shanna Fondren Whaley (Kenny); his sister Brenda Kay Smith; special niece Kayla Stratton (Nathan); and great nephews Brantley and Brayden.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jared Cunningham, Kaitlyn Cunningham, Tyler Fondren, and Madalyn.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, 3-7-2020 at 11:00 am. at the Pleasant Valley Cementery with Rev. Steve Vernon officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel directing.
Honorary pallbearers are Elvis Johnson, Ryan Crawford, Newt Johnson and Nathaniel Stratton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manderson Treatment Center, the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
