Doris Ganus Greene, 87, of Boligee, AL went to her eternal home on May 26, 2020. She was born on March 27, 1933 in Brundidge, AL to Claude Ganus and Willie Mae Jackson Ganus. Doris worked at the Department of Human Resources. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many people. She had a great love for the Lord and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Teddy Greene, her sister Mary Gunter and her brothers Watson Ganus, Marvin Ganus, Melvin Ganus, and WC Ganus. She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Sue Miller (Tim) of Mt. Hebron, AL; her son Thomas Arlo Greene (Ann) of Boligee, AL and her sister, Mae Adams.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Angela Bugg, Torrey Greene, and Tyler Greene; and her great- grandchild, Ava Grace Dial.

Graveside funeral service will be held on May 29th, 2020 at 3:30 pm at Bethsalem Cemetery in Boligee with Mike Burke officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Demopolis Chapel directing. Pallbearers will be Torrey Greene, Tyler Greene, Tim Miller, Bobby Jim McClellan, and Bob Kempster. Honorary pallbearers are the Greene County EMS; members of the Community 7th Day Adventist Church in Meridian, MS; Shuna Stephens, and Annie Young.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Green County EMS or the Community 7th Day Adventist Church in Meridian, MS.
