We were blessed to know Inez and Roy during our short time in Marion. They welcomed us into their home, including us in brunches, dinners and parties at the farm. In our short time, Inez made us feel like old friends. She was a fine Christian lady who lived her faith as an example to others and in serving her community. We had such great memories and saddened by her passing. We will keep Roy and the family in our prayers.

Inez was an incredibly amazing woman. I first met Inez when I came to Marion, Alabama to work. She and Roy became good friends of mine. It is hard not to be friends with such dear sweet people. Inez was one of a kind. She made you feel so special when you were with her. I loved when she would tell me stories about Roy. I would laugh and knew I was blessed to be in the presence of two people who were truly in love with each other. A one of a kind love. My heart aches so much for Roy and the family. No words can explain the sorrow of the loss of such a fine lady. I will miss your sweet laugh and the stories of your loving family. You were a dear friend to all who knew you.
