Obituary for Doris A. Kirkpatrick (Ruff)
Doris A. Ruff Kirkpatrick, 95, of Demopolis, AL went to her eternal home on July 17, 2020. She was born on March 5, 1925 in Ohio to Carl Ruff and Lydia Buckey Ruff.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard Kirkpatrick; her sister Barbara Inez; and her brother, Lester Ruff. She is survived by her sons, Craig Kirkpatrick (Terri) of Uniontown, OH, Scott Kirkpatrick (Patty) of Demopolis, AL and Gary Kirkpatrick (Melodee) of Newark, OH; and her sister, Phyllis McKarns of Minerva, OH. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
A private, family only funeral service will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevello, AL on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 11:00 am with Kirk Funeral Homes, Demopolis Chapel directing. Pallbearers are: Doug McNutt, Parker Johnson, Christian Schmikla, Moses McNutt, Thomas Johnson, Christopher Gill, and Judah McNutt.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Demopolis, AL.
