Obituary for Virginia Ellen Gibson (Nicholson)
Virginia Ellen Gibson, 67 of Faunsdale, AL went to her eternal home on January 3, 2021. She was born on December 25, 1953 in Detroit, MI to James Nicholson and Virginia Serowicz. She was a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Rod Gibson; her sisters Margaret Shindell and Diane Marie Hood; and her brother Donnie Serowicz. She is survived by her husband, Huey Gibson; her daughters Sanet Ballard (Allen), Brenda George (Chris), and Cathy Stapleton (Tommy); her sister Katherine Fueselle; and her brother James "Jim" Nicholson. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a future date with Kirk Funeral Homes, Demopolis Chapel directing.
