Erma Benson Arnold, III, 57 went to his eternal home on February 27, 2021. He was born on June 1, 1963 in Tuscaloosa, AL to Erma Benson Arnold, Jr. and Patricia “Pat” Taylor Arnold.

He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Janice Carlisle Arnold; his mother Patricia “Pat” Taylor Arnold; his brother Scott “Scotty” Jennings Arnold; sisters: Delcia “Dell” Arnold Anderson and Tammy “SuSu” Suzanne Arnold Jay (Ervin); his step children: Daniel Aaron Wilson (Marie), Mandy Wilson Robertson, Angela Majors Morrison (Scott), Kristen Majors Massey (Jon); his nieces: Bess Alexandra Hertlene Jay, Augusta “Gus” Tunstall Arnold, Taylor Claire Anderson; nephews: James Ervin Jay, Jr., Nicholas “Nick” Benson Arnold, and Harold “H.M.” Myron Anderson; and his grandchildren: Dylan Lucas Wilson, Carleigh Grace Robertson, James Daniel Robertson, Jon Scott Massey, Amelia Marie Massey, and Emily Elaine Morrison.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Dee McGuire and Steve Vernon officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Greensboro Chapel directing.
Pallbearers will be: Scott “Scotty” Jennings Arnold, James Ervin Jay, Lorenzo Long, Rick Washburn, James “Jim” McClusky, Thomas Alvin “Tommy” Washburn, Mike Clary, Craig Osborne. Honorary Pallbearers are: Ted Singleton, Daniel Wilson, Nicholas “Nich” Parker, Bobby Williams, Rosalind and Rencher Hall, Jerry Whittington, Charles Johnson, Alonzo Long, and Members of the Lakeview Country Club.
