Ruby Viola Cranmore Fikes, 85 of Greensboro, AL went to her eternal home on December 17, 2021. She was born on March 25, 1936 in Verbena, AL to William Wesley Cranmore and Ida May Fletcher Cranmore.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Richard Fikes; and her son, Doyle Edwin Hamilton. She is survived by her daughters Rita Corder, Deborah Allgood (JR) and Virginia Tucker (John); her sons: Bruce Hamilton (Deborah), Jose Cruz, and William Cruz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Kirk Funeral Homes Chapel in Greensboro on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm also at Kirk Funeral Homes Chapel. Graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Greensboro with Arthur Thomas officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Greensboro Chapel directing. Pallbearers will be: Billy Johnson, Jr., Kevin Johnson, Danny Tucker, Jr., Gary Hamilton, Christopher Hamilton, Wyatt Cruz, Nathan Cruz, and Lewis Nevins.
