Obituary for Willard E "Lucky" Poellnitz
Willard E. "Lucky" Poellnitz, 63 of Myrtlewood, AL went to his eternal home on January 27, 2022. He was born on January 6, 1959 in Demopolis, AL to Truman Owen Poellnitz and Johnnie Mae Lynn Poellnitz. He worked for Green Beverage Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Owen Poellnitz. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Rogers Poellnitz; his daughter, Rhonda Moore Loper (Jerod); his son, Jim Dixon (Allyson); his sisters: Cathy Sims and Anna Lori Poellnitz; and his brother, Nathan Poellnitz. He is also survived by two grandchildren: Kristen Drake (Quwan) and Jenny Cummings as well as five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Campground Methodist Church.
