Obituary for Richard Dennis Todd
Richard Dennis Todd, 67 of Gallion, AL went to his eternal home on September 15, 2022. He was born on July 22, 1955 in China Lake, CA to Shirley Strubble and Lester Richard Todd. He was a veteran, a master plumber and a gas pipe fitter.
He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; his wife, Suzi Marie Lenhart Todd; his daughters: Sherri Barnhard (Keith), Tammi Howard (Daniel), Shirley Crocker (Derrick) and Leah Boudreaux (Beaux); his sisters: Sheryl Howe, Debi Dunavent, Pat Hoven and Terri Weekly; and his brother Mark Todd.
He is also survived by 15 grandchildren: Jordan Howard, Mikayla Howard, Jeremiah Howard, William Barnhard, Timothy Barnhard, Kathryn Barnhard, Davis Crocker, Kyle Crocker, Coutrney Crocker, Joseph Boudreaux, Nicholas Boudreaux, Meg Boudreaux, Thomas Boudreaux, Levi Boudreaux, and Ezra Boudreaux.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Wounded Warriors.
We extend an invitation to friends and family to join us for a "Memory Gathering" in celebration of Richard's life, to be held:
Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 2:00-5:00pm at Church Aflame, 341 Oaisis Lane, Demopolis, AL 36732. Please drop by. We will be sharing our favorite stories about Richard. Please come prepared with funny and uplifting tales of times spent with him. Our intention is to show that as long as we remember him, a piece of him will always be with us and we can smile through our tears just as Richard would have liked.
