The first time I heard Paula Dean talk, I heard much of what I loved about my Aunt Judy. She was excitable... and you could tell she enjoyed...really enjoyed what she enjoyed...not something easy to do with all of life's struggles. She was always so kind to me...and later to my wife Kelly as well. My fondest memories of her will always be her laugh...and how she used "Shugga" or just "Shug" as terms of endearment. I promise to use them more myself...in her memory. I think the world could use a few more of us doing the same...
