Condolence: From One Lt to another Lt's family. I am truly sorry for your loss of a husband, a father and an officer / friend. I did not know Lt Foster in any manner, yet, am connected through the understanding of the impact of the loss of a family member a fellow colleague. I myself am 54, with a similar family and work for a fine fire dept. You will be in my prayers tonight while I finish this shift, and tomorrow when my family and I gather together.
